Very pleased with this product and company. Based out of Seattle. When my Zapper had an issue after first month in use they worked with me for a fix. They replaced the whole unit and happy to say we are enjoying summer evenings with no mosquitoes!!!

Stop working after two months - Livin' Well replaced it with new unit
I bought this on May 19, 2023.I like it. It works great. The sound from the insects zapped is very quiet.However, it's stopped working.I sent an email to the company, but after several weeks, they have not repliedApparently this was a glitch.I tried again on 7/28.On 7/28 they responded.On 7/30 they are sending me a replacement.
